This is achieved through our in-depth knowledge of the business and the painstaking attention to the details involved in accurately interpreting the nature of the position and candidate profile. The client history, culture and business function are also reviewed to further define the best candidate profile.Candidates are selected based on their ability to succeed in the available position and within the culture of the client organization. This is achieved through a comprehensive candidate interview. We consider all the variables, from technical experience to soft skills, from geographical preference to financial remuneration throughout the process. |
However, we ensure that during this search process, our clients company remained anonymous until a selection is made or when’ it is important to remain as such.
When a selection is made from our top qualified candidates, we also assist our client company by conducting reference checks with focus on any critical issues that relate to the job itself or to potential cultural ‘fit’ with the client company. We also work closely with the client to craft an offer that is compelling and at the same time fits within the compensation parameters the client has established for the position. In addition, we work with the selected candidate to resolve any unsolved issues in order for the client to be in a position to make an offer. Finally, with our extensive pre-resignation counseling to candidate, we minimize the risk of losing qualified candidate to a counter-offer. |
