OneSpot Solutions provides both Permanent and Contract (temporary, temp-to-perm) placement services.
PERMANENT PLACEMENTS For permanent placements our service charge is based on a fee of 18% of the candidate’s Annual Compensation plus applicable G.S.T. A performance guarantee accompanies this option, the duration of which is dependent upon the level of compensation we receive. CONTRACT PLACEMENTS For contract placements our service charge is based on a 1.35 mark-up rate of the candidate’s hourly pay rate plus applicable G.S.T. |
TEMP-TO-PERM PLACEMENTS
For temp-to-perm placements our service charge is based on a 1.35 mark-up rateof the candidate’s hourly pay rate plus the applicable G.S.T.
