OneSpot Solutions maintains a high level of professionalism, trust and confidentiality with all of our candidates. We respect the fact that we are dealing with careers and livelihoods and as a result, we never release the credentials of individuals to clients without permission and knowledge of our candidate prior to meeting with any client, we brief each candidate on the interview process including professional background of the client and the specification of the role.

Following each meeting, feedback from both candidate and client is taken in order to identify any concerns that arise in the process thus, ensuring that all issues for both parties are well addressed.
